The Gerald's Hotel was a real treat with its contemporary design and delicious cocktails at the bar. The central location was perfect for exploring the region of Bucovina. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning made my stay comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and enjoyable.

Missing tea/coffee making facilities in my suite? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to go without my caffeine fix.

I had a superb stay in this hotel. The spacious parking area was notable, and the hotel has modern facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the modern bathrooms. The large breakfast selection was scrumptious. Furthermore, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, particularly in the atmospheric bar where their attentive service was remarkable. The location was superb, close to the park and the city center.

Very professional staff yet an individual and personal service! This is a true international hotel, better than most business hotels I visited in Western Europe. I can perfectly understand why the hotel was fully booked upon my arrival. I went to Radauti for business but took the afternoon off to visit the monasteries around. The reception organised a very interesting and enjoyable guided tour for me. Congratulations!

The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center and the stunning painted churches of Sucavea. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable, and the carpeted floor added a touch of elegance to the room. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that the room was spotless throughout my stay. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Our romantic getaway at this hotel was absolutely lovely! The modern and stylish rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the well-designed walk-in shower. The use of natural materials and original art throughout the hotel was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming town, with plenty of local attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home.

While we loved our stay, there were a few minor issues. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, with limited selection and high prices.

The rooms were comfortable and modern in design, while the staff were well trained and spoke good English—an added bonus. The hotel was also centrally placed, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

The surroundings were not particularly attractive and the dining room was characterless, feeling more like a staff restaurant than a hotel one. Breakfast was also disappointing, lacking options and slow to replenish when anything ran out.

As i already stated above the hotel staff is very well trained and very helpfull and friendly. I use the hotel service only twice a year and it was nice when the night manager remembered me.

Very friendly and polite staff, well designed enterieur, correct price / quality ratio. If we return to the region we will surely stay there. We liked the idea of local welcome drink and the freshly squeezed orange juice served to the breakfast.

A bit difficult to find in the city - especially at night.

The only Good thing is the locación to visit the Monastries, but this is no merit of this hotel ... This is the only reason for this hotel charge such High price.

The hotel is conveniently located near reception, and also, close to the city center in a lively area next to the park. Rooms are spacious and clean, offering all needed facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service during our stay. Breakfast is satisfactory with a good selection of items to choose from.

The dining room experience was far from satisfactory on both nights. It was crowded and noisy, resulting in slow service.
